We have been searching for a third party product that integrates with the Lotus Notes Resource Reservation Database as well as the user personal Notes calendar to allow a simple click of a button (or something similar like selection boxes for example) to request additional services such as catering, media services, vehicles, etc. The selection options must allow routing to individuals/groups (preferably Notes) to process the requests and return confirmations back to the chairs and delegatees.
We have looked at two products to date: Meeting Room Manager and Meeting Room Scheduler to date.
Netsimplicity's Meeting Room Manager has the features that satisfy our requirements, but they are not integrated with Notes like they are with Outlook so the compatibility and user friendliness is lacking.
People Cube's Meeting Room Scheduler seem to be lacking the bells and whistles.
