When you try to select who can Read/Author, if you want to select a ROLE from the list, you have to scroll through the list  which may be very long as it includes users, groups and roles.  It would be nice to have a way to edit the list from another window and not have to scroll through the list, three at a time.

So you suggest to add a button to pop up a window, similar to the formula-window of the hide-when formula.

Yes... I've attached another screen shot to give a general idea of what it could look like. The current dialog window you have to click the down arrow to scroll through the list one at a time which is a royal pain...

Since the dialog to select names or groups from any available directory is already there, the only thing missing is a better way to select roles (which are specific to the application). It would even be a big improvement, if only the roles were displayed on top and the existing dialog would display more than just 3 rows at a time. Compare the hight of the security tab with that of e.g. the form info tab. That should be really simple to do.
