It would be nice to be able to modify the colors for all calendar entries. Right now, one can only choose one color for ALL Appointments, Reminders, etc. e.g. All appointments are one color, all reminders are one color, etc.
It would be a nice feature to be able to choos one color for one appointment and a different color for another appointment. Same with Meetings and reminders.
For instance, I could color all reminders for things to do with my kids one color, a different color for reminders that have to do with work, etc.
In other words, complete control over the color of my calendar entries whatever they are...

David I believe that the OpenNTF Mail Template allows you to do this. Just an FYI.

The openntf template probably does but this is one of those "Outlook can do this" sort of things that needs to be in the template that ships from IBM/Lotus

With OpenNTF pionerring the way on this it should not be too much of a challenge for IBM to implement similar code with their standard mail templates. It's great that OpenNTF have pioneered the way on so many things missing from the mail template but I ultimately would like to see the good ideas adopted in the IBM templates.

@Peter - I remember when some of my "friends" (yeah that's you Vince and Anil) laughed at me when I had the idea to modify and add functionality to the mail file.
