Allow document link to design elements (forms, views, agents etc) to be sent to other Notes developers.
If the recipient has Designer then clicking on the link will open the corresponding design element.

I beleive this could be achived already without any modifications to the client or designer.
You have to remember that design elements are just (special) documents in an application. You could create a view that shows these documents and create a link to one of those documents. I have not checked this, but I feel that it should work.

Rob, I know how to create such a view. When you open the design note it just displays the design element in the default form in Notes. It doesn't launch it in Designer. As far as I know it can't be made to launch in Designer.
I really don't understand demoting an idea when you aren't sure of a workaround.
