Easier Creation of Mail Rules
Use this IdeaSpace to post ideas about the Notes Client.
I'd like to be able to open an email and create a rule based on the subject, sender, body content, etc. Similar to right-clicking on a message in Outlook and utilizing a dialog with the same options.

Another good examples of a rule implementation is gmail (they use the term filter).

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question, but isn't this feature already in Notes from 6.5 onwards? If you open an email and click the Tools button, you get a "Create Quickrule" option. This allows you to create a rule based on sender, domain or subject. It would be good to have it as a right click option, think this might be there in Release 7 onwards.

@2 Well, that's a bit embarrassing. The "Create Quickrule" does most of what I was looking for. As a developer, I guess I'm not spending as much time as perhaps I should spelunking the Notes Client.
The other things I like about the Outlook interface is the Find all - Related messages and Find all - Messages from senders
