Every year the disney-bots put the between session coffee away far too early, surely it could be left for an extra ten or fifteeen minutes to allow those who have had to walk from one hotel to another to get a drink before heading into the next session?

Just leave the darn thing out . . . i.e. don't put it away. This has been an issue for many moons, and I'm not sure why IBM hasn't laid down the law with the Disney-bots . . . maybe they can't control them?

Amen. If they don't fix it this year, then next year (assuming I'm able to go) I'll have to get an IV put in. And's going to be really hard to sprint back & forth from D & S with an IV...

As a Lotus Worker Bee/Lab Person, it's even harder for me because I'm generally not going to sessions -- even if I'm watching the clock, I'm generally talking to someone in the lab and can't take off during the evanescent coffee break.
Fortunately for me, speakers can raid the green room for the blessed beverage.

Agreed; in the mean time, why not carry a flask around for that extra hit when the coffee's gone? Ha!
