Before ELSE (Eclipse LotusScript Editor) the old Domino Designer client always ensured that the correct indentation was applied whenever I added new lines of LotusScript code.  Now I must manually select the code and type <Crtl><I> to force a block of code to be indetde correctly.  I would much rather have the option to have the indentation occur automatically as I am writing the code.  When creating complex blocks with nested if/the/else and while loops etc. it helps a lot to have the statements indeted to the correct level automatically.

I fully agree the indentation needs improvements. if using
if (sometest) then
print "somemsg"
end
end if

the end will mess up the formatting.

I also find myself doing ctrl-i too often

Even ctrl-i does not help that much in all cases...

Here is a (stupid) example. The "End Select" is indented wrong (using 8.5.2 FP2):

Sub Initialize
Dim i As Integer

If True Then
Select Case i
Case 1
' Something

Case Else
' Someting else

End Select
End If
End Sub

I agree - and why stop there...
I really hate that labels are automatically set to left-most position, like:

Sub MySub()
On Error Goto XYZ
'... do something...
do_exit:
Exit Sub
XYZ:
Msgbox Error$,48,"ERROR"
Resume do_exit
End Sub

It fairly ok when doing a single sub/function, but when You start doing classes, then the code gets really ugly and hard to read! The label should be indented in the same level as the code and not at the same level as the function name!
