Support Windows 7 Jump Lists

Windows 7 introduces the "Jump Lists" feature.
 
Notes could use this to:
  • create documents: mail, appointment etc. and custom documents (perhaps from the "Create" bookmark folder)
  • Pin databases to the Jump List
  • Pin documents to the Jump List

I'm split on this one: Using advanced features of a (new) OS is surely needed, but changing the behaviour of a multiplattform client and provide an inconsistent userexperience is not good.

I'll support this one, just to ensure LN is kept up to date and does not fall back behind competitors in the biggest market (Win).
