Make any Notes NSF and make it your "Notes Portal" via policies. Then you can use "hide-whens" and ACL roles to serve up the content that applies to each person's job. This will align Notes with the web-side of Domino where you just enter a URL into a server document to determine your initial landing page.

I thought this is already a Policies Setting document configuration. What am I missing here? On a Policies Settings document: Bsics tab, Homepage/Welcome Page Options

@2 Gregg - that policy doesn't do what I am asking...I've checked into it and it only gives you a welcome page that you add to the bookmark.nsf which has severe limitations e.g. no custom images.
