Implement code folding in script libraries

When coding in “vanilla” Eclipse you get code folding for methods, constructors, etc. It would be really useful to have such a thing in server-side Javascript script libraries—in fact, across the board for all script libs and agents.

A limited form of code folding is now supported for Java and Client Side Javascript for Domino Designer 8.5.3. Sadly and oddly SSJS doesn't have this capability.

Also it's limited to members and functions. Conditional branching or multi-lined comments don't fold.
