Dynamically update image HEIGHT/WIDTH if image resources change

When you insert an image resource onto a form or page, the browser will render the image with the HEIGHT/WIDTH attributes.  If you update the image in the image resource design elements area (lets say you changed the height/width), everywhere you've used the image (page/form,etc) will retain the old height/width attribute.  You have to go to each place you've used the image and remove it and re-insert it.   Doesn't this defeat the purpose of having a centralized place to put images??????  The only way to get around this is to use computed text to generate pass-through HTML for the image and EXCLUDE the H/W attribute.

IBM, don't fix this without fixing the same problem for client applications as well!
