Add "Add to workspace..." to admin client context menu

Introduce a new context menu entry in admin client when clicking on a notes application that says "Add to workspace...". After clicking, open a dialog box that lists the tabs in the workspace and let the user chose on which tab he wants to add the application to. Support adding of multiple application at once.
