There are many a times when we compose an email in lotus saying "Please find attached" or "Attachment is available" etc and forget to attach the required file!
This goes a long way and can have high impact / embarassment if it's an important attachment for a customer or higher management and they require it very urgently!
This particular feature will actually parse the text or email body for potential key words / phrases like "attachment",  "please find attached", "PFA" etc and alert the composer about a potential attachment missing when they click "Send".
The plugin or it can actually become a default feature as in other email clients should provide a default set of keywords for search and as an enhancement also allow the user to add his / her specific keywords as required.

Like it. - Thunderbird does something like that. It even proposes to save large attachments in a cloud. Instead of sending it around.
