How about being able to define a "shared action button group" as a design element in Designer?  This would be useful when assigning the same action button structure to multiple views.  Sure, you can copy/paste an existing set of actions, but what happens if you need to add a new button 2 months after rollout?
It'd be great to be able to define the group and assign buttons to it.  Then you add the group to the action bar, like a shared sub-form.  To add new buttons, just drag a new button into the group and it will automagically appear in the views who have the group assigned to them instead of having to track down each view and make sure the button appears at all, and also where you want it to.

You kind of can do that right now using subforms, but this approach doesn't offer the same amount of flexibility and ease of use, when it comes to (re-)arranging actions.
