When registering a new user via a registration profile it would be a good thing if the certifier could be specified as well.  Currently you have to select the certifier and then choose the registration profile, if you could specify the certifier then someone registering a bunch of new users who needed different certifiers wouldn't have to restart the registration process every time s/he needed to change certifiers.

I am sorry, but my environment works exactly as the idea above describes. We are using the CA process and a set of explicit policies all named like the certifier (i.e. /Sales/Acme). If an RA selects an CA-enabled certifier to register a new user a warning dialog appears that the explicit policies and registration settings are being applied. No need to change anything afterwards, if a different certifier is selcted, the registration policies changes as well.

so, i demote this, since this is already implemented. (we have set up it first in 6.5.1 - 4 years ago!)
