+ add a "Watch List" of variable ans objects.
When we debug and app, not interested in all of variables. So important variables and objects (not only the view or document or ..., but their properties: like myDoc.myItem.Values, or myDoc.Authors) can be added to a list, and only those values are dispalyed when debugging.

Enhancement: Run code, start debugging when variable varX becomes valueY.

The Watch Lists are not suitable, because necessary to introduce the variables manually. I vote against it.
A better solution would be not to add, but delete variables from the list by removing the checkboxes in front of variables.

If You would like to follow, let's say 5 variables, but there are 30+ on the list. Its better to select 5 vs deselect 25+.
In my idea watch list is a separate tab, if You select a variable from the full list, it appears on the Watch List.

Btw, my idea is about to have a Watch list, how it's feasible is a secondary question.

Let of of LotusScript. Java does all that. And SSJS Debugger eventually too.

I prefer the default to see all the variables. This is one of the convenient features Designer for LS. I do not want to deal with this nonsense - to seek out and set the variables...
