A field that is computed for display and located in the header seems not to be available in the rest (body) of the form.
Computed fields however are.

I believe that the computed for display fields are available in the rest of the form. But the body seems to be calculated first and then the header. So you have to add the CFD fields to the body but you can use them in the header.
