Add a tab on the server configuration document. There is quite alot of data in that one document, and it would be good to be able to add special comments there.
There are so many things that can be specially configured in that one place, that having a guide or place to jot down notes for the next admin that comes in behind you as to why something might be specifically configured on that particular server would be beneficial.
You could record information about notes.ini settings for example.
There is already a comments tab on server connection document, server document (on the miscellaneous tab), and program documents.
