Change the way searches work so that the resulting list is not "selected".  When a user perfoms a search (Search this view) say in their mail, the results are all selected.  This is not obvious to the user and while hightlighing the document they want, they click Forward, the entire search result is then pulled into the email (probably crashing the client along the way).  This is of course not at all what the user intended...  The other bad thing that happens here is when they find and highlight the single email within the search results they wish to delete, they inadvertantly delete all of the email in the results list...
