I get a few calls every now in then when a user has clicked on the header of a sortable column and they do not know why their type ahead search is not working.  They also don't know what happened to any catagorized column.  They might have even clicked on the column in a prevoius session.  Maybe changing the color of the column or the header when that column is sorted or some indication in the area where the catagorized column is fot how to get it back?  I just think the colored in up or down arrow is not enough.  Thank you.

I agree. At the view level we should have similar options as we have with outline entries and be able to change the text font and background color. I would prefer to see the ability to associate CSS styles.

Hello Hynek,

You are absolutely right. It is about the same issue. What ever could be done to make it more obvious to the user as to which sorted column they are searching would be a big improvement. Thanks

Oh how I would love to use CSS for all things - Action bars, columns, and more!
No more DXLing or 3rd party tooling....

But, specific to this, just had a user get confused by a sorted column...so promoted!
