It would be nice to be able to customize this option to go to an interal company Database/FAQ or URL where you could have your own customized KBase entries for your our own users. I hope IBM has enhancement plans for this option.

I hadn't until now really given this new feature any thought. It does make me wonder though what use it serves end-users if they get the opportunity to search technotes on every little error they get in an application.

You can disable the feature by using
DoNotShowDetailsButton=1
