Make Policy Synopsis more readable

When you run a Policy Synopsis, you get a list of field names with the associated information :
 
...
assr = 0 from xxx assigned in policy yyy
...
DCFiles does not have a value set
DCLoc = Diagnostics from xxx assigned in policy yyy
DCMsgSize = 20 from xxx assigned in policy yyy
...
 
 
Values should be grouped by categories, just like the original policy. Field names should be replaced by field title. Field values should be typed (what is 20 in the example ? GB, MB, KB ?)
