When Single Sign is enabled on the Notes client, a change to either the AD password or the Notes password causes the change to be synchronized with the other service.
If password recovery is setup and the password is changed in Notes, the ID file is also mailed to the ID recovery database. This does not happen if the password is changed in AD.
This should be changed.

While this would be awesome, it seems to me that it would rely on Microsoft to provide the solution. Or, perhaps a server task that periodically checks for changes, but would that be acceptable? If so, how long after an AD change before it is seen in Domino is acceptable?
